Infinite Growth and Connection

Looking for a therapist can be hard, frustrating, and reinforce our depression or anxiety at times when we are seeing countless profiles and pictures of people that we think may not understand what is going on in addition to what we are experiencing. The profiles we do have the courage to click on may reduce our fears a little yet the therapist may still not sound human or states a fun fact that does not share much about their life.
